Mandarin Posters (2019)

Mandarin Worksheet is a play on my own identity as a Chinese Singaporean and nationalistic consciousness. The words “Wo Men Shi” is symbolic in nature, as my immediate response when seeing these three characters is to recite the pledge. I recited the pledge throughout my childhood and adolescence years, yet I’m unable to accurately remember the words or write the characters seen in the pledge. Fill in the blanked lines after "Wo Men Shi" from your own memory and interpretation.
